Covid Hospital Death Protocols: Part 3
In Part 1 of this series, we discussed a class action civil lawsuit against Gilead Sciences, Inc., the maker of the drug, Remdesivir (brand named Veklury). We also told you about the medical alert bracelet that has been created to protect you from hospital protocols while helping to fund the lawsuit. Part 2 told you about the pending Grand Jury matter against those responsible for Covid Death Protocols and other Covid related crimes.
This segment of the series addresses legal self-help solutions and remedies for survivors of Covid hospitalization and for those who lost loved ones to hospital homicide.
Self-Help to Hold Hospitals Accountable for Homicide
If you are one of the thousands of people in this country who have been impacted by injuries or lost a loved one from Covid hospital protocols including Remdesivir, other experimental drugs, overuse of sedatives, damage from ventilators, or after having an experimental injection in the hospital, I am so sorry for your unnecessary and tragic loss.
I know from working on the frontline of freedom law since 2021 that it is extremely frustrating and difficult to find a lawyer to help you after death or injury from Covid hospital protocols. I have heard countless stories of people who lost loved ones and are unable to find legal representation.
Local medical malpractice attorneys I know of won’t even take calls when a Covid hospitalization is involved because of the immunity provided to the hospitals through the CARES Act. This is one reason it is so important to take action on your own against the Covid death protocols until they have been outlawed and abolished. If you have been frustrated and unable to find legal help, here is your guide to some effective ways to take action without an attorney.
File a Sentinel Report
Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet, Founder of Truth for Health Foundation, and her team have created a comprehensive guide to holding hospitals accountable by filing a Sentinel Event Report with the Joint Commission. The Joint Commission is the accrediting body for hospitals and accredits over 22,000 healthcare organizations in the United States. The Joint Commission sets quality standards and evaluates accredited hospital performance based on its quality and safety standards. And it’s a big deal for a hospital to become and stay accredited. The Sentinel Event Policy was adopted by the Joint Commission to ensure the investigation and analysis of patient safety events (defined as resulting in death, permanent harm, or severe temporary harm and intervention required to sustain life).1 The Joint Commission is obligated to investigate sentinel reports and hospitals do not want them on their Joint Commission record.
Dr. Vliet and Truth for Health Foundation have made the process very easy for filing a sentinel event report. First, download the document Ten Steps to Holding Hospitals Accountable: FILING Joint Commission Sentinel Event Reports. Then, watch Dr. Vliet’s video tutorial on exactly how to file a sentinel event report to record your complaint against the hospital.
File a Civil Lawsuit Pro Se - Without An Attorney
Five Small Stones Legal Network is a US-based worldwide network of attorneys, doctors, nurses, paralegals, research scientists, data analysts, and others trying to empower ordinary men and women to roll up their sleeves and take action for themselves in the legal system. You do not need a lawyer to file a lawsuit. When someone represents themselves in court without counsel, he or she can do so by appearing “pro se”. The Black’s Law Dictionary definition of Pro se is “For Himself; in his own behalf; in person.”
Five Small Stones has created a pro se state civil complaint for use by hospital survivors and loved ones of victims killed by hospital death protocols including but not limited to restraint, starvation, Remdesivir/Veklury, and ventilators. The form Complaint alleges six counts including negligence, gross negligence, neglect, medical malpractice, medical assault, and battery, and negligence per se.
The forms will require customization to your case and formatting required by your specific state court. Roll up your sleeves and do your best work. Ask a friend or family member to help you. To raise your confidence, watch the interview by Sean of SGT Report with attorney Todd Callender and James Tracy, pro se expert which is on the complaints page at Five Small Stones.
Even though the legal system has been sorely abused, it is still the best remedy we have at our hands to stand up for ourselves, make changes in law, and make claims for damages.
Attorney Todd Callender, Founder of VaxxCHOICE and part of Five Small Stones, explained in the above interview that legal system abuses largely take place at the trial court level. By the time you get to an appellate court, especially in the federal court system, there is a much less passionate review of a case—more of an application of the law to the facts found by the trial court. Pro se expert, James Tracy, who does not have a law degree or a college degree, says that he files every one of his cases with the ultimate intention to end up in appellate court.
As Attorney Todd Callender says,
“The solution is to follow the lead of James Tracy. We need to paper the crap out of the other side. We have to return fire in the legal system. Previously people have been afraid of paperwork and afraid of being outsmarted. Get over it!”
Mr. Callender stressed that the Courts are obligated to help you as a pro se plaintiff. Follow James Tracy, employ critical thinking, and just attack the paperwork like it’s birthday cake in the refrigerator at midnight. In my trial paralegal career, I worked several trials involving a pro se party. It was my experience that the judge and court staff went out of their way to make sure that the pro se party was not beaten up by attorneys and got a pretty fair shot at getting through the litigation process. Even if you are not successful, you’ll create awareness and will cost the court system a lot of time and money doing so.
If you still feel overwhelmed by the process, your local court should have a website with instructions for parties representing themselves. Many times, calling the court clerk will yield helpful guidance. Also, you may be able to find an independent paralegal in your area that will help you with document preparation and guidance about your local court, even though you will still be representing yourself.
Learn more about pro se processes from expert James Tracy at Affidavits 101 and listen to his podcast, The Justice Revolution. James’ podcast is focused on teaching you how to represent yourself in the court system. It probably will seem difficult, but it will feel a lot better than doing nothing or spinning your wheels trying to find an attorney.
